I share my knowledge on how to recognize early signs and create safe, supportive spaces. My message focuses primarily on relationships and the power of understanding and compassion, reminding people that no one has to face mental health difficulties alone. Healing happens when we support each other as human beings... not as labels.

“Paneleando” is a project that, in addition to transforming the dietary habits of the Villeta community, aims to empower children, youth, and adults. The goal is to turn them into agents of change in the face of excessive sugar consumption, promoting healthier and more mindful dietary practices. By encouraging the consumption of panela as an organic alternative, the project aims to improve the population's health and well-being, strengthen the cultural identity linked to panela, and support the local economy by enhancing the role of peasant families and rural producers.

“Books Build Futures” is a humanitarian initiative focused on safeguarding the right to education. The activity consists of collecting and donating children's books to disadvantaged families in order to encourage reading, literacy, and equal educational opportunities. Thanks to synergy with local communities and the promotion of the joy of reading, this work demonstrates how small, concrete actions can significantly contribute to ensuring a fairer tomorrow for every child.
ENVIRONMENT
By 2050, climate change and the expansion of land destined for food production are projected to reduce the areas suitable for cocoa cultivation. The “Mujeres de Cacao” project supports women producers in the municipality of Matagalpa, Nicaragua, by promoting sustainable agricultural practices and the transformation of cocoa into value-added products. This will strengthen economic autonomy, improve quality of life, and contribute to environmental protection.

My project, “Dignity Beyond Bars,” promotes a constant and reliable supply of menstrual products to women detained in correctional facilities in Kenya, starting with those in Muranga and Kajiado counties. These women are often forced to use and reuse improvised menstrual products, which are both unhygienic and humiliating. Whether they are in classrooms, workplaces, fields, or behind bars, all women deserve dignity.
ENVIRONMENT
My project tackles plastic pollution in the ravines and along the coastlines of La Réunion. Abandoned waste, washed away by the rain, ends up in the sea, damaging ecosystems and biodiversity. I will intervene through awareness campaigns, ecological barriers at river mouths, and collection days to involve the community and reduce the impact of waste on the environment.
HEALTH
"Urban Refuge" promotes the mental health of citizens, especially those living in the most densely populated cities, by transforming balconies into small natural havens. A total of 120 complete kits will be installed, consisting of birdhouses, insect hotels, and native plants, to reconnect people with nature. The project reduces stress and isolation, supports urban biodiversity, and creates a community network of green balconies that improves well-being and air quality.

Dengue, zika, and chikungunya are endemic diseases that primarily affect children and the elderly. For this reason, the project aims to prevent them through education, collaboration with authorities, and community participation. We promote responsible actions and safer environments, strengthening a culture of prevention that protects the most vulnerable and improves the health and quality of life of the entire population.

“Rare in Fashion” is an initiative by the Nanalola Couture Foundation that uses fashion as a tool for dignity, inclusion, and creativity. Through the creation of inclusive and comfortable clothing, collaborative workshops, and public showcases, the project puts people living with complex health conditions or disabilities at the center. In this way, visibility turns into empowerment, promoting a dialogue between art and well-being.

In France, functional illiteracy is defined as the condition of a person who has attended school but continues to struggle with basic skills. I wish to intervene by supporting the youngest students within schools. Raising awareness, teaching self-expression, and providing support are the three goals I want to pursue. Illiteracy is invisible, but it weakens autonomy, limits access to employment, and makes daily life tasks more difficult.
ENVIRONMENT
This year, I will be a volunteer at Icer Caribe, where I will learn to grow corals, restore coral reefs, and collaborate with local communities. Starting next July, I will lead a campaign in the media and in schools to raise awareness about their work and engage new volunteers in defending the Caribbean seas. With “Una Voz por mil Corales,” I want to turn this experience into a message of hope.
ENVIRONMENT
“Proyecto Rainforest” is an NGO dedicated to biodiversity conservation and forest restoration in the face of concerning deforestation in the country. It promotes reforestation, sustainable practices, and the protection of endangered species such as the jaguar and the puma. In collaboration with Macaw Mountain in Copan Ruinas, it protects the scarlet macaw, the national bird, through rescue, breeding, and controlled release activities.
ENVIRONMENT
“Threads of Hope” addresses the impact of fast fashion and the decline of biodiversity in the United Kingdom. The project changes attitudes and behaviors through community engagement and educational workshops, spreading environmental and social initiatives. It promotes sustainable alternatives to the exploitative mechanisms of fashion production cycles, as well as simple initiatives to protect biodiversity. Collaborations and personal advocacy are expanding its reach across the country.

Corazón de Esperanza, Heart of Hope, was born to fight a painful reality. In Mexico, millions of families go to sleep without eating. In the state of Jalisco, I support those living in poverty by offering them food, dignity, and hope. I defend the right to be free from hunger and work toward a future where no child closes their eyes hungry. Because hope can truly change the destiny of an entire community and open up new possibilities.

Megacities like Istanbul generate stress and pollution. This project helps residents through natural nutritional support: ozonated olive and hemp oils, along with black carrot antioxidants taken as dietary supplements, promote detoxification, reduce inflammation, and improve overall well-being. Through social media activities and the distribution of wellness kits, we help people strengthen their immune systems against environmental challenges, promoting natural health and urban vitality.

“Protect Their Future” stems from my commitment to the most vulnerable children and mothers of Fondonera–Santchou. Through safe mosquito nets, health education, hygiene, and clean water, I guide each family on a path of awareness. A correctly installed net, a mother who recognizes the first signs of fever, a water source used safely: simple actions that strengthen the community and protect its little ones.
