An intense day, with a visit to the city of trulli, UNESCO world heritage, the lunch at the famous Four Seasons reastaurant of Martina Franca and the visit to the WWF oasis of Taranto. 

The wake-up call sang earlier for everybody, because the trulli of Alberobello, a world heritage site, are far from the Grand Hotel dei Cavalieri.
The beauty of the historic district with its typical cone-roofed houses has fascinated everyone and, as always, the souvenir shops have been taken by storm.

At lunch time, a stroll through the narrow streets of Martina Franca led the group to the seventeenth-century palace which houses the excellent Four Seasons restaurant, managed by Mimmo Guarino. The Caffè Tripoli offered pastries and coffee.

 The day, dedicated to the environment, ended with a visit to the WWF oasis of the mar Piccolo of Taranto, enclosed in the military area of ​​the Air Force Volunteer School.
